For those traveling from far away, the nearest airport is Monterey Regional (MRY), but flight options may be limited. Direct flights from DC only go to San Francisco Airport (SFO), but San Jose International (SJC) is another major airport in the area. Shuttles can be booked from any of these airports to Asilomar. It is approximately a 2.5 hour drive from SFO, a 1.5 hour drive from SCJ, and an easy 15 minutes from MRY. Any of these drives are beautiful and scenic. Plan whatever travel makes the most sense for you!

We encourage you to stay at Asilomar with us so that we can all enjoy the long wedding weekend together and take advantage the amenities and the beauty of Asilomar State Park. As the wedding venue and hotel are on State Park lands, these are likely the most affordable accommodations available in the area. However, if you do not wish to stay in rustic rooms (for example, there is WiFi but no TV), there are plenty of other hotels and inns nearby. We are only providing a wedding bloc at Asilomar.
